I am currently partnering with a well-established paediatric therapy provider in Sydney’s Hills District that has been operating successfully for over 18 years. Due to continued growth, they are now expanding their services and launching a dedicated Psychology stream within their multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected clinic that values structure, support, and genuine work-life balance. The Role You will work with clients aged 0–25 years across: Clinic-based therapy Community-based therapy The clinic has a strong referral base and a highly supportive team environment, currently consisting of psychologists and 12 Occupational Therapists. You will be instrumental in helping shape and grow the psychology offering within the practice. ⏰ Unique & Attractive Working Structure This clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday — a structure their team genuinely values. Working Hours: Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 7:30am – 1:30pm Sunday: Off Monday: Off Having Sunday and Monday off provides extended downtime and flexibility, while Saturday is a shorter, calmer clinical day.
